I have to rant on this. I dislike 'fake' people. It puzzles me that why they can act as if they are on good terms with the person when in fact they actually dislike them. I prefer people who are straightforward, who speaks their mind. Don't they find it tough in having to speak to someone that they dislike, having to put on a smile even though they feel like stabbing them? If you treat someone as a friend, its better that you pinpoint the mistakes out. Tell the person, let them know about it, they can learn from their mistakes and change. This can save them from making more enemies in future. It feels better to do that isn't it, than having to back stab from behind the back, I find this uncomfortable. This is where how loss of trust is being built up.

How also can a person be easily influenced by the words of others. You know how the person is, you know them yourselves too. They are your friends you should know what kind of a person they are like personally. Instead, you let others lead by their words and sway to it.

The world is being made up of different characteristics of people, there are no perfect people in the world. I guess acceptance, tolerance and compromise plays the main role.
